Interstate Eats and Adventures

In July 2024 we bought an Airstream Interstate 19x. Since then it has been impossible not to want to sell our house and go on the road indefinitely! For now, we are still home owners and travel mostly in New England and the south east of the U.S while we learn camper-van life.

We have had many adventures and misadventures along the way. We intend to share them all with you—the good, the bad, and mostly the delicious ways we figure out how to eat well on the road and in the great outdoors.
